Day one was filled with a ton of tasks and the week is filled with many more. We are going to take advantage of the free time we have. It feels like everything is going to be much more progressive with both of us in the same place. 

Organization is extremely important when your working in a startup. The best way to manage your team is to have everyone on the same page as far as what needs to be done. Everyone should agree on ALL of the to do’s. Once that is in place then you delegate wisely. Make a list of who is doing what and stick to it. It keeps everyone accountable.
